Panpuri Wellness was a lovely experience. The staff are professional, kind, and friendly. It was raining and I was 30 min late 🙈 for my akasuri body scrub, but they scheduled me in for 2.5 hrs later. I used the onsen til then. \n\nIt\u0027s much less crowded and stimulating than Yunomori. The water temp isn\u0027t as hot, which is ideal for folx with low blood pressure like me. The waters are infused with diff minerals and I found myself breathing more deeply without feeling overwhelmed. \n\nThe steam sauna smells lovely because they had a plate full of limes, kaffir leaves, and lemongrass! 😍 \n\nI believe there were 4 or 5 types of water including a cold plunge, 1 dry and 1 steam sauna. \n\nWhen I\u0027m overheated, I experience sensory overload. But here the lighting is consistent and the sound is okay unless there are rude people who are loud and laughing. That can get echoey. Earlier \u003d quiet \n\nThere\u0027s a sign that recommends the best order and time to use the onsen. For example, deep sleep, destress, detox, etc. The signs at this onsen is clearer than other places. \n\nI also like that infused water is nearby. It\u0027s easy to get dizzy and yet at other onsens, it\u0027s a whole trek to get water. I get dizzy and depleted just getting water. Things are more strategically placed here. \n\nThere are staff everywhere but not in your way. They\u0027re attentive and make sure everything\u0027s clean. I used the bathroom multiple times and every time I returned, things were \reset.\ I always cleaned after myself but the staff also came in, tucked the toilet paper to make it aesthetic, etc. \n\nI enjoyed the akasuri body scrub. Sometimes they\u0027re just aggressive and don\u0027t give AF, but the woman asked me how the pressure was and to let her know if I wanted her to go softer. It was really relaxing. Dry eraser crumb looking dead skin cells come off and it\u0027s so refreshing! And when the warm water\u0027s dumped on you, it\u0027s amazing!!! \n\nI got my hair washed as well. \n\nIn BKK, there\u0027s so much pollution, so it\u0027s important for optimal health to detox and the onsen and akasuri body scrub\u0027s an effective way to do this. \n\nI also ordered the lotus appetizer, which is crunchy and savory. It\u0027s ideal when you\u0027re hungry and dizzy from the onsen and you want something quick, especially before a service. The grapefruit was also delicious. The sauce is savory sweet and it\u0027s light if you prefer that after the onsen. I was left feeling hungry, though. I saw two women enjoying the salmon, which looked delicious. The staff recommended the chicken, but I\u0027m not sure if it\u0027s dry. \n\nI stayed from 12:30 pm til past 7 and I used my laptop in the open space. Sometimes people talking loudly in the phone tend to sit next to you, which is odd cuz there\u0027s a huge table with plenty of space... \n\nI decided to take the lotus flower home because it\u0027s so pretty. A friendly staff asked if I wanted to pour lotus oil over it and he offered to put it in a cup and even asked me if I wanted a new flower. I wish I had said yes to a new flower but the one I got was beautiful as you can see in the photo! \n\nNext time I\u0027d like to try a drink! They looked super refreshing! If you\u0027re looking for a relaxing getaway, I recommend going here. \n\nVibe: This is a quiet and relaxing space. It\u0027s not really for large groups of friends to gab!
