NOT relaxing and painful The entire process involving the hair wash was very very painful and I could still feel the burn from all the friction of the scalp one hour after I left the salon. I had to ask the therapist to stop scratching twice during the process. Due to the way in which the hair was washed it was extremely tangled when everything finished and entire chunks of hair were falling even before starting to brush. I have done several hair spa/ scalp spa etc but none of them ever created this issue. The salon space is divided by curtains not compartmentalised by walls which means that you will hear the showers, things dropping, people speaking for the entire duration of the experience, which is not very relaxing in itself. Overall my experience was poor and the price similar to places that for me, personally were more suitable.

An experience like no other. I must say my beauty therapist Soe has magic hands. The jelly facial treatment was super cooling and hydrating on my skin. I experienced an incredible facial which was gentle and soothing on my very sensitive skin. I appreciated how attentive Soe and the front hostess were to my needs, as I told them I recently had surgery they and even gave me my own private room on the top floor which was super kind for my privacy to relax. I highly recommend the ‘Time to sleep programme’. I left feeling so pampered and refreshed.
