She made the check-in process quick and pleasant, clearly explaining the available treatments. I chose the Hot Oil Aromatherapy massage, and before the session started, I was given the option to select from three different essential oil scents. This thoughtful touch allowed me to personalize the experience based on what I felt suited me best. My therapist, K’Pat, was outstanding. She was very attentive and skillful, always making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. Her massage technique was both soothing and effective, and she frequently checked in to ensure the pressure was just right. The spa itself is cozy, very clean, and well maintained.
