Terms & Conditions:

- Please show voucher through email or GoWabi application at the shop before your service to collect voucher details and for verification

- For reservations or further information, please call 085-345-4949 at least one day before you use the service

- The clinic is open for service Tue-Sun from 09.00 till 19.00PM (last booking must be made by 18.30). To book during holidays, please contact the shop directly

- For cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, please contact the clinic at least one day in advance. If not complied, changes and cancellation of bookings will not be possible

- Cancellation policy: Please contact us within 7 days after the voucher has been bought to cancel and refund the voucher amount back to your account within 40 days

* This voucher can be used within 60 days after purchase

- ผู้ใช้ดีลโปรดแสดงอีเมล์คอนเฟิร์มวอชเชอร์ หรือจด Secret Codeให้กับพนักงานร้านเพื่อทำ Redeem ก่อนการใช้บริการ

- เปิดบริการทุกวัน วันอังคาร – อาทิตย์: 09.00 น. – 19.00 น. (รับนัดสุดท้าย 18.30 น.)   สำหรับวันหยุดอื่นๆ กรุณาสอบถามกับทางคลินิกโดยตรง

- หากต้องการยกเลิกหรือเลื่อนการนัดหมาย กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน มิฉะนั้น จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้

- นโยบายการยกเลิก *หากคุณซื้อไปแล้วต้องการจะยกเลิก สามารถติดต่อเราเพื่อทำเรื่องยกเลิกได้ภายใน 7 วันเท่านั้น โดยเราจะคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน โดยจะได้รับเงินคืนภายใน 40 วัน
