A perfect place for a great workout offering various classes for CrossFit, Bootcamp and Personal Training. Located on Ratchapruek Road and can be easily accessed by BTS Bangwa (Exit 1 and 2) with 7-min walking distance.

To all the boys and girls out there looking to get fitter, stronger and healthier, we guarantee you will enjoy every moment of the workout at Mighty Bear CrossFit (in sweat, of course!). Our classes are suitable for all levels as the program and the intensity level can be modified to suit everyone. Your safety is ensured by our certified and experienced coaches who will help you to get fitter, stronger and healthier. Let’s get MIGHTY with our 3 classes at your choice.

1. CrossFit (High intensity workout)

Constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity across broad time. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of cardio exercise, gymnastic, and Olympic weightlifting.

2. Might Build (Muscle building workout)

Specifically designed to use resistance to induce muscular contraction, which enhances strength, stability, endurance, muscle building and improves joint function.

3. Might Burn (Cardio workout)

Getting your heart rate up, making your blood pump faster with this fun cardiovascular workout! Designed to use the maximum amount of oxygen during the workout, this fun class will improve lung and heart capacity, as well as enhance agility and mobility.

Voucher conditions:

The voucher is valid for 1 class. You can choose to join one of these 3 classes.

1. CrossFit (High intensity workout)

2. Mighty Build (Muscle building workout)

3. Mighty Burn (Cardio workout)

All the classes are 1-hour including warm up, cool down and stretching to prevent injuries.

Preparations: 

- Please call to book your schedule and check availability 2 hours prior to class schedule.

- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class schedule for registration.

- We do not allow entry into the class after the class start time.

- Please bring your own workout gears (gym clothes, shoes and socks)

- We offer locker and shower area with complimentary cleanser and shampoo. Please bring your own towel.

 

Terms & Conditions:

• This voucher can be used within 2 month after purchase. 

• All purchases and treatments cannot be amended.
