This is my third time here and WOW they\u0027re the best for chronic and debilitating migraines caused by body misalignment. \n\nDuring my previous appt, sound, light, and movement made me want to vomit. After my session I felt much better, but I went back cuz I have a GIGANTIC lump on the left side of my back. The staff recommended I come back to see the owner who I saw today. \n\nI didn\u0027t realize it was protruding so much til today, but it makes me feel less crazy for how debilitated I\u0027ve been feeling. At first my muscles were so swollen that she could barely press into my left side compared to my right. With consistent, patient, and diligent gua sha, she was able to break apart the clumped muscles and rearrange me. 😂🤣 Best crunchy sound ever! \n\nI even started sweating cuz my body was detoxing, but it didn\u0027t hurt. My knots were reduced, my back looks less lumpy, my shoulder swelling went down, and I have more flexibility! \n\nI attached photos for reference. For the picture with my entire back, the before and after contrast might not be super visible. But on the left side, my back is swollen and bigger. \n\nIn my shoulder photo, look at how the front and back is different! 🤯\n\nI\u0027m amazed how effective that single treatment was. In my first session, it was a scalp, shoulder, and neck massage. Very relaxing. The 2nd session was corrective and alleviating discomfort. In this session, I experienced tremendous improvement. So even though it was accumulative, this was the first session mostly focused on my back, shoulder, and neck with the gua sha. \n\nThey were honest and said it\u0027ll take multiple sessions and I should have at least 3 sessions but 10 will be best. I appreciate their honesty. When I reached out to them when I had a migraine during my period, I was recommended to wait. \n\nThey genuinely care. The next day after my previous treatment the owner contacted me and checked in on me cuz her staff updated her on my condition. It was soooo sweet, thoughtful, and kind of her. It meant so much to me! \n\nPlease support their business!

The place is humble and small. The staff is lovely. I got the 60 min relax head massage that also treats migraines. I msgd them when I had my period and a migraine. They recommended I wait because migraine treatment during my period would be too heavy. I appreciate their honesty and integrity to do what\u0027s right. They did say I can come in for a relaxing head massage, but I waited until my cycle ended. \n\nIt was really relaxing and their technique is really good. I have a lot of knots and massage therapists tend to complain. 😂 Rather than using aggressive force, which just makes me more tense, they massaged around the tense areas to encourage relaxation. They demonstrated a strong understanding of how the body works and they work with your body, instead of against it. They dont try to will or force your body into relaxation. \n\nI was concerned because at one point when my neck was turned, it caused a headache. I contacted them about their services after another massage left me feeling sick and headachey due to misalignment. But it melted away. \n\nThey get straight to work right away and are efficient and meticulous. I\u0027m not sure but I think halfway thru my massage, they switched a diff massage therapist and I liked the first therapist better. I wanted to get her name and book with her in the future. But everyone was busy with other clients and I showed up 10 min late. I\u0027m grateful they accommodated me. \n\nAt the end they serve you a delicious tea. I like that it\u0027s quiet there and a truly relaxing experience. If you\u0027re on the fence, give it a try!
