• Venue details and contact information appear in your booking details in the GoWabi app under "My Purchases" or in your confirmation email
• Please book at least 1 day in advance
• Arrive 15–20 minutes early to get set up
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or canceled without refund
• No-shows without notice will be charged in full
• To reschedule or cancel, notify at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full fee may apply

• For multi-visit packages, your first session must be scheduled before the voucher expiry; subsequent sessions are arranged directly with the venue and are subject to availability
