The place is very clean, well organized and all the staff were very helpful. The staff that took care of me was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable too. I really like getting facials without too much talking cos I like to be relaxed and i appreciate the staff respecting my peace and just let me relax and sleep hehehe thank you

รู้สึกไปครั้งแรกแล้วไม่ค่อยประทับใจ 1. ตั้งแต่เดินเข้าไปในร้าน ปกติแล้ว receptionist ต้องเช็ค booking และช่วยแนะนำเราก่อนไหมคะ เพราะเราเพิ่งมาที่นี่ครั้งแรก แต่ไม่มีใครทำหน้าที่ตรงนี้เลย 2. อยู่ๆ ให้เข้าไปทำหน้าเลยจนเราก็งงแล้วถามว่าไม่เช็คก่อนหรอ? จนตอนคลีนหน้า เพิ่งมีคนมาที่เตียงแล้วเช็คbooking ให้เลือก mask, and vitamin. ทั้งๆ ที่หน้าเรามีคลีนซิ่งอยู่บนหน้า ก็ให้นอนเลือกไปเลยสิคะ งงมากค่ะ 3. ตอนฉายแสงก็ไม่ได้บอกด้วยว่าให้เลือกแสงอะไรมีผลอะไร อยู่ๆ พนักงานก็แจ้งว่าแสงสีเหลืองแล้วกันนะคะ งง เราไม่ได้เป็นคนเลือกเองหรอกคะ? เหมือนพนักงานที่นี่ไม่มีปากที่จะแนะนำเลยค่ะ เราเลยงงว่าให้เราเดาเอาหรอคะหรือต้องถามตลอด ขอแนะนำเจ้าของคลินิกนะคะ ช่วยเทรนพนักงาน และออกแบบ process of working ให้สมูทหน่อยค่ะ ตอนเราไปไม่ได้มีลูกค้าสักคนในคลินิกเลยนะคะ เลยไม่ค่อยเข้าใจการทำงานที่เท่าไหร่ค่ะ
