1. พนักงานสื่อสาร ไม่รู้เรื่อง ไม่สามารถอธิบายเมนู หรือ รายละเอียด ของpromotion ที่เป็นแพคเกจได้ ทุกคนดูงงๆๆ เหมือนไม่เข้าใจ ในสิ่งที่ถาม แต่ ตอบไม่ตรงกับ ช่องทางของร้านที่นำเสนอ เราถาม ถึง package ซื้อ คอรส 5แถม1 เพราะ เคยซื้อ คอรสทิ้งไว้ แล้วมา ใช้บริการ ร้านนี้ ตลอด ถามว่ามัน มี แค่ นวด แบบธรรมดา รึปล่าง หรือทุก เมนู สามารถซื้อ 5 แถม 1 ได้ พนักงาน ตอบ มีแค่ แบบเดียว จนเราต้องเข้ามาดูใน line @ ร้าน ว่า มันมีเกือบทุกอัน ถึงมาเปลี่ยนคำตอบ แล้วพนักงานที่เข้ามาช่วยสื่อสารประมาณ2-3 คน ก้อสื่อสารภาษาไทยไม่ชัด แล้วงงๆๆ กับการใช้redeem. Voucher 2คุณภาพในการนวด เกา หัว หรืออธิบายขั้นตอนในการทำ ดูจะหายไปหมด รู้สึกได้ทันทีว่าเป็นพนักงานใหม คุณภาพในการนวด ไม่สามารคทำให้ คุณหลับได้อะ ซึ่งปกติที่นี้่เล่นมือถือ 15นา ที ก้ออยากจะหลับละ เทคนิคการนวด การเกา ร้านสระไดร์ 250บาทยังทำได้ดีกว่า เอาแค่เกาหรือนวดให้ทั่วหัวก่อนดีกว่า ไม่ต้องลงรายละเอียดเทคนิค ยังไม่รู้้เลยว่ามาคผมตอนไหน แล้วจริงๆกะจะตั้งใจถามว่าเค้าคงนวดให้เราผิดโปรแกรม 3พอเสร็จ สอบถามพนักงานอีกครั้ง ว่าโปรแกรมที่นวดให้ยังไง สรุปว่าถูกโปรแกรม จนเราอยากจะขอสอบถาม กับmanager ซึ่งไม่ใช่คนไทย เป็นต่างชาติ เราเลย ให้ฟีคแบคกะเต้าไป ร้านคงเปลี่ยนกลุ่มลูกค้าเน้นต่างชาติมากขึ้นเลยทำให้คุณภาพของบริการที่ได้ ต่ำลงอย่างมาก รู้สึกว่าsleep salon ร้านอื่น ทำได้ดีกว่านี้เยอะ ตอนนี้ร้านoriginal ร้านนี้ไม่ได้exclusive อีกต่อไป แค่ overcliam and overrated ตอนนี้รู้สึกดีใจที่ไม่ได้ซื้อคอรส 5แถม1 ไป แต่ก่อรู้สึกเสียดายเงินที่จ่ายเกือบ1500บาทเช่นกัน ปกติ ไม่ใช่คนที่มานั่งเขียนรีวิว อะไร แบบนี้แต่ไม่อยากให้คนอื่นต้องมาเสียดายเหมือนเรา โดยเฉพาะลูกค้าอ่าที่เคยมาใช้บริการแบบเรา พวกชอบซื้อคอรสทิ้งไว้
