I used to go this salon many times however I will not visit again. (1)I waited for 10 minutes though I booked in advance. (2)I was forced to pay additional charge THB 150. (3)Create hair MUST inform additional charge at reception before treatment,not at shampoo chair!very rude. (4)Create Hair MUST write clearly in Gowabi page if pricing is changed.I consider it is “hidden charge”. (5)Shampoo was painful because stylist used her nail to wash my scalp. (6)Stylist was very pushy to sell additional treatment package although her shampoo skill is SOSO. Really disappointing experience...
