ไม่มีใครบอกว่าเรียน aerial hoop เจ็บมาก ถ้า core body ไม่แข็งแรงไม่แนะนำนะคะ ห่วงไม่พอสำหรับนักเรียนทุกคน ที่สำคัญคือครูไม่โอเคเลย เราไม่เคยเล่น ครูไม่มีการอธิบายว่ามันคืออะไร ช่วยเรื่องอะไร แต่ละท่าควรจะ focus ที่อะไร ขนาดชื่อท่าแต่ละท่ายังบอกไม่ได้ด้วยซ้ำ และครูทำแต่ละท่าให้ดูรอบเดียวแล้วก็มาดูให้ทีละคนแล้วก็มายืนบอกๆว่าไม่ใช่อย่างงั้นสิไม่ใช่อย่างงี้สิด้วยน้ำเสียงที่ไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่ พอทำไม่ได้ก็เหมือนโดนครูมองแรง+หัวเราะใส่แบบเหยียดๆ ไม่โอเคมากค่ะ คลาสอื่นอาจจะดี แต่ aerial hoop ไม่แนะนำค่ะ

Did a girl style class with khun Aum in their asok branch. it was a lovely class and i wish it had gone on for longer! . my coms with them was via IG messages. they were very quick to respond
