With Muay Thai as a base technique, it allows us to help your body to increase cardiovascular conditioning, help build your leg strength, developing your core strength, increased hip mobility and above all, stress relief! Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Also known as “BJJ”, it is a martial art that focuses on grappling from standing or is often seen playing on the ground. The essence of this martial art is to knock down an opponent by throwing or bringing the opponent into position guard, a very unique position in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

2 Types:

1. Gi is wearing a playsuit. The kimono that is worn will look like a judo uniform.

2. No-GI is an all-out play with potentially dangerous rules added.
