- How do I use Cashback and can it be refunded?
You can use your discount coupon and cashback by entering it at checkout and clicking on “Apply”. Note that each order can only be applied with 1 coupon/voucher at a time. Cashback can be utilized as a predetermined fixed amount in the following manner.

If you are having troubles using a discount coupon or cashback, please check if:
- The coupon/voucher code has expired.
- Coupon/Voucher is for one time use only.
- The coupon/voucher may not be valid for some services excluded from sale.
Refunds of cashback are possible if cancellations are made before the appointment schedule. Cashback or online payments will not be refunded if the appointment is a no show.
Where do I add my promotional code/ discount code?
When booking an appointment or purchasing a voucher, at Check Out you will come across a box that says “Promo Codes”. Simply enter your code in the same way you see it, ensuring there are no spaces. Click Enter Code and it will automatically be added into your order giving you a discounted price.
When will I receive cash back from my purchased bookings/servicers?
You will receive your cashback within 24 hours after you received the services.
Why can’t I pay online or use a promotional code?
Shops have different payment method some prefer online payment while others would rather payment be made at the shop.
How can I get a discount code?
Subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on social media, and always be on the lookout, we will from time to time provide some discount codes so make sure you stay updated with us!
When will my cashback expire?
GoWabi Cashback has an expiration date. Once it expires, it will be removed from your account.
- Cashback earned between 1 January – 30 June expires on 31 December of the same year.
- Cashback earned between 1 July – 31 December expires on 30 June of the following year.
Example: cashback earned in March 2026 expires 31 December 2026. Cashback earned in October 2026 expires 30 June 2027.

2. Eligibility
The promotion is available to eligible registered GoWabi users in Thailand who meet the requirements displayed in the application.
3. How to Participate
Each eligible user receives one spin. A user may receive a maximum of one additional spin by using the sharing function, subject to the conditions displayed in the application.
4. Prizes
Available prizes may include:

– 50% discount voucher
The actual prize is determined by the result displayed after the wheel spin.
5. Voucher Conditions
Vouchers may be subject to minimum spending requirements, eligible services, participating merchants, usage limits, and expiration dates.
The applicable conditions will be displayed together with each voucher.
6. Limitations
Each user may participate only through their own GoWabi account. GoWabi may disqualify participation involving fraud, manipulation, multiple accounts, automated systems, or abuse of the promotion.
7. Changes and Termination
GoWabi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
