📢 Important Announcement: GoWabi Affiliate Commission Structure Update – Effective August 1, 2025
We are excited to inform you that effective August 1, 2025, GoWabi will implement a new tiered affiliate commission structure designed to reward your performance and provide even more benefits as your monthly bookings grow.

🗓️ Commission Cut-off and Transition Period:
For all Completed Purchases made by new GoWabi users within July 2025, will continue to earn 20% commission.
For all Completed Purchases made by existing GoWabi users within July 2025, will continue to earn 2% commission.
These commission rates will be applied to July’s transactions and paid out in August 2025 as usual.

From August 1, 2025, onward, all commissions will follow the new Tiered Commission Structure and the base commission will be set at 5%, which is based on the total value of Completed Purchases each month. This update allows affiliates to earn higher commissions and unlock exclusive benefits as their referral performance increases.Â

 What is the GoWabi Affiliate Program?
– The GoWabi Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring others to book services via our platform. When someone clicks your unique affiliate link, completes a booking, and uses the service, you earn a commission.
How do I join the affiliate program?
– Simply go to the GoWabi App, tap on the “Profile” tab, and select “Affiliate Program” to register. It’s free and only takes a few minutes.
Is there a cost to join?
– No, it’s completely free to join the program.
Can I participate from outside Thailand?
– Yes, in most cases you can join from anywhere in the world. However, some restrictions may apply depending on your country of residence, so please review our Terms & Conditions.

What benefits do I receive as an affiliate?
As a GoWabi affiliate, you’ll enjoy:
Earned commissions from every valid booking via your link
Tiered commission structure – the more bookings you generate, the higher your commission rate (see below table)
Access to special upsized commission campaigns (up to 20%) during promotion periods
Free trial services or discounts for review creation, based on eligibility and campaigns
Ongoing updates and support via official channels (email, platform announcements on Affiliate Program Page, LINE).
Commission and Earnings
Effective August 1, 2025
How is commission calculated?
– You earn a percentage of the total value of each Completed Purchase made through your unique affiliate link. A Completed Purchase refers to a booking made on the GoWabi platform where the customer completes the purchase and receives the service within the previous calendar month, all tracked through your affiliate link.
What is the commission structure?
Base Commission: 5% of the completed purchase
Tiered Commission Structure: Calculated based on the total value of completed purchases from the month prior to the payment month. (see below table)
Special Upsize Campaigns: Earn up to 20% commission during upsized periods, as announced by GoWabi through official communication channels such as email, the Affiliate Program page on the platform, and LINE.
Please note: Completed purchase transactions from Special Upsize Commission Campaigns will be excluded from the Tiered Commission Structure, as they already fall under specific promotional terms.

Payments & Tax
When do I get paid?
– You will receive the commission to your designated bank account by Tuesday of the third week of the month.

Payments are made monthly, based on Completed Purchases—bookings made via the affiliate’s link where the customer has successfully received the service within the previous calendar month.
Commission payments are processed monthly. If you are eligible for a payout in a given month, you will receive an email notification by the 3rd of the month (or the next business day if it falls on a weekend or public holiday). This email will include your pre-tax commission amount, a payment request form, and instructions to upload the required documents.
To receive your payment on time, you must complete the Commission Payment Request Form and submit all required documents no later than the following Monday after receiving the email. If the form or documents are incomplete or delayed, your commission payment may be postponed to the next payment cycle.
Once all documents are verified and approved, the Company will transfer the commission to your designated bank account by Tuesday of the third week of the month.
What is the minimum payout threshold?
– A minimum of THB 500 in commission is required for payout. If not reached, it will carry over to the next month.
What documents are required to receive payment?
– Affiliates must complete a payment form and submit: (For Thai Nationals)

A copy of their national ID cardÂ
A copy of the first page of the bank account book (showing account name and number, *the full name on both the identification card and the bank account must match exactly).
In the case of participation by a legal entity, a copy of the company registration certificate (issued within the past 3 months) and an invoice issued under the company’s name must be provided.

A copy of the passport
A copy of valid Thai Tax Identification Number (Tax ID) is required for bank transfer payments
In the event that a foreign national is unable to provide a valid Thai Tax Identification Number (Tax ID), the Company reserves the right to withhold commission payments via bank or international transfer. Instead, the commission will be issued as a cashback credit on the GoWabi platform, in the full amount and without any withholding tax deduction.

Is tax deducted?
– Yes. A 3% withholding tax will be deducted from your total commission in accordance with Thai tax law.
If you are a VAT-registered company, you must issue a valid tax invoice to GoWabi in order to receive an additional 7% VAT on top of your commission amount. Please ensure the invoice includes the commission amount and the corresponding VAT. If you are not VAT-registered, no VAT will be added to your payout.
Promoting with Your Affiliate Link
Where can I share my affiliate link?
– You can share your affiliate link through public channels such as social media, personal websites, or blogs. Private messaging or hidden link promotion is not allowed.
Are there any restrictions I should know?
– Yes, please avoid using prohibited content (e.g., violent, offensive, or misleading material). We also discourage spam or unethical promotion. Refer to the Affiliate Terms & Conditions for full details.
Can I promote via email and social media?
– Absolutely! You’re encouraged to share on social platforms, email newsletters, or any digital channels that reach your audience—as long as the content aligns with our guidelines.
Can I track my performance?
– Yes, your performance and commission data are visible in your Affiliate dashboard within the app.
