GoWabi Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
(New Version)
This Agreement is entered into by GoWabi (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) to define the rights, responsibilities, and conditions for participation in the GoWabi Affiliate Program. The Program is open to individuals or legal entities that have been approved as marketing partners by the Company (“Affiliate(s)”) and shall be governed by the following terms:
1. Definitions
1.1. “Affiliate Link” refers to a unique URL generated by the Company and provided to each Affiliate for the purpose of promoting the Company’s services through their own communication channels.
1.2. “Completed Purchase” refers to a booking that has been made and fully utilized by a customer via the GoWabi platform, where the transaction was initiated through the Affiliate’s shared link.
1.3. “Platform” refers to any online interface operated by the Company, including the GoWabi mobile application and website at www.gowabi.com.
1.4. “Prohibited Content” includes, but is not limited to, content or messages that:
1.4.1. Promote or are associated with illegal activities (e.g. illegal drugs, fraud, terrorism, criminal acts, protests, chain letters).
1.4.2. Support or involve tobacco, gambling, or weapons.
1.4.3. Contain obscene, pornographic, or otherwise sensitive material that may offend certain audiences.
1.4.4. Display or promote excessive violence.
1.4.5. Include defamatory, inappropriate, vulgar, or politically sensitive content.
1.4.6. Promote hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or language.
1.4.7. Contain viruses, malware, or any harmful software intended to damage or impair systems or data.
1.4.8. Are unrelated to the advertised product (spamming).
1.4.9. Infringe on intellectual property or copyright rights of others.
2. Obligations, Roles, and Conditions for Affiliates
2.1. Affiliates must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information upon registration. If any false or misleading information is discovered, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the Affiliate’s participation without prior notice and forfeit any unpaid commission or benefits.
2.2. Affiliate Links must be distributed through public-facing channels such as social media accounts, personal blogs, or websites. If the Company determines that such channels contain inappropriate or prohibited content (as defined above), the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Affiliate without notice.
2.3. Affiliates may not be service providers or vendors listed on the GoWabi platform or have any ownership ties to such vendors. If discovered, the Company may revoke participation and commission eligibility retroactively.
2.4. Affiliates grant the Company and its authorized partners the right to share, publish, and promote content created by the Affiliate in relation to services used under the program—including but not limited to reviews, photos, videos, or audio. Such rights are granted without time limitations. However, the Company will not alter or edit such content and will credit the Affiliate appropriately.
2.5. If an Affiliate uses promotional codes or receives service benefits from the Company but fails to publish the required review within 15 days of service usage, and fails to respond to reminders or justify the delay, the Company reserves the right to recover the full service value and pursue legal action.
2.6. Affiliates are encouraged to create and publish content that reflects their genuine service experiences on the GoWabi platform in their preferred format or platform. While content style is flexible, the Company highly recommends the use of related hashtags such as #GoWabireview and #GoWabi to enhance visibility and allow users to easily access relevant reviews. Affiliates may also include their Affiliate Link to drive traffic and earn commissions from Completed Purchases.
However, if the Affiliate is participating in a campaign and has received benefits—such as exclusive discounts or complimentary services—they must publish their review in accordance with the specific campaign requirements. The Company will communicate such requirements via the Affiliate Program dashboard, email, or other official communication channels.
3. Affiliate Benefits
3.1. The Company may provide discount codes or other benefits to Affiliates to facilitate their experience and support content creation.
3.2. These benefits are for the sole use of the assigned Affiliate and may not be shared or disclosed to third parties. Any violation may result in termination and recovery of related costs.
4. Commission & Payout Policy
4.1. Base Commission: 5% on all Completed Purchases.
4.2. Tiered Commission Structure and Benefits
4.3. Special Upsize Commission:
Commission rates under special campaigns may range from 7% to 20%, depending on the service category and the campaign period. The Company will notify affiliates of any commission increases and campaign timelines through its official communication channels, including the Affiliate Program page on the platform, email notifications, or LINE.
Completed Purchase transactions under Special Upsize Commission Campaigns shall be excluded from the Tiered Commission Structure, as such transactions are governed by specific promotional terms and conditions applicable to each campaign.
4.4. Commission Payment Cycle:
The Company will process commission payments on a monthly basis, calculated from Completed Purchases—bookings made via the affiliate’s link where the customer has successfully received the service within the previous calendar month. The cut-off date for commission calculation is the last day of each month, and the total eligible amount will be paid in the following month’s payment cycle.
4.5. Commission Payout Notification and Document Submission
The commission amount to which the Affiliate is entitled for each respective month shall be displayed on the Affiliate Program page within the platform and formally notified via email by the 3rd calendar day of each month. In the event that the 3rd falls on a public holiday or weekend, the notification shall be issued on the next business day.
The email notification shall include:
(a) the gross commission amount prior to the deduction of any applicable withholding tax,
(b) a Commission Payment Request Form to be completed by the Affiliate, and
(c) a request for submission of all required supporting documents necessary to process the commission payment.
The Affiliate shall be obligated to complete the Commission Payment Request Form and submit all required documents no later than the following Monday after the date of receiving of the email notification. Failure to comply may result in a delay of the commission transfer until the following payment cycle.
The required documents to be submitted shall be as specified in Clauses 4.5.1 and 4.5.2 of these Terms and Conditions.
4.5.1 Affiliates must complete a payment form and submit: (For Thai Nationals)
4.5.1.1. A copy of their national ID card
4.5.1.2. A copy of the first page of the bank account book (showing account name and number, *the full name on both the identification card and the bank account must match exactly).
4.5.1.3. In the case of participation by a legal entity, a copy of the company registration certificate (issued within the past 3 months) and an invoice issued under the company’s name must be provided.
4.5.2 Affiliates must complete a payment form and submit: (For Foreign Nationals)
4.5.2.1. A copy of the passport
4.5.2.2. A copy of valid Thai Tax Identification Number (Tax ID) is required for bank transfer payments
4.5.2.3. In the event that a foreign national is unable to provide a valid Thai Tax Identification Number (Tax ID), the Company reserves the right to withhold commission payments via bank or international transfer. Instead, the commission will be issued as a cashback credit on the GoWabi platform, in the full amount and without any withholding tax deduction.
4.5.3 These documents are used solely for that month’s transaction and are securely destroyed after the transfer. The Company does not store any personal or financial data after payout.
4.6. Transfer Schedule / Commission Payout Schedule
The Company will process commission payouts to the affiliate’s designated bank account by Tuesday of the third week of each month, provided that all required documents have been accurately submitted and verified in accordance with the Company’s guidelines.
4.7. Minimum Transfer Threshold
Commission payouts require a minimum of THB 500. If the amount is below this threshold, it will be carried over to the following month(s) until it meets the minimum.
4.8. Tax Withholding
A 3% withholding tax will be deducted from all payouts in accordance with Thai tax regulations.
4.9. Value Added Tax (VAT) for Legal Entities
In the case where the participant is a VAT-registered legal entity, Affiliates are required to issue an invoice that includes 7% Value Added Tax (VAT), calculated from the total gross amount before tax.
5. Termination of Affiliate Status
5.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate at any time without notice if there is evidence of a violation of these Terms, misuse of the Affiliate Link, copyright infringement, or prohibited content usage.
5.2. While Affiliates are free to publish content at their discretion, the Company may investigate and revoke status if Completed Purchases generated via an Affiliate Link are found to be fraudulent or damaging to the Company or its partners. No commission will be paid in such cases.
6. Violations & Liability
6.1. If an Affiliate joins a campaign or receives benefits—including but not limited to discounts or complimentary services—without fulfilling content requirements within 15 days, and fails to inform the Company of delays, the Company reserves the right to demand repayment equivalent to the received value and take legal action as necessary.
6.2. The Company accepts no responsibility for any content published by Affiliates. Affiliates are solely liable for any damages resulting from content or actions that breach these terms or applicable laws, whether intentional or not.
7. Acceptance of Terms
7.1. By submitting an application to the GoWabi Affiliate Program, the Affiliate is deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
