I initially booked a 60-minute extraction service but was offered an on-the-spot upgrade for a facial treatment for an additional 600 Baht. Duration & Value: The entire session only lasted one hour. Given this, the extraction portion was surprisingly short, clocking in at around 20 minutes. I feel I received significantly less of the original service I paid for in exchange for the upgrade. Quality of Service (My Primary Concern): Having been to many therapists, I was very disappointed with the quality of the extraction process, which I believe caused unnecessary trauma to my skin. 1. Excessive Alcohol Use: They applied a huge amount of alcohol, not just to spot-clean, but by rubbing it vigorously across my face multiple times. It was a significant shock to my skin. 2. Improper Needle Depth: The needle was inserted much too deep. I'm familiar with how extractions usually feel, and this was far more aggressive. A telling sign was that all the removed material on the cotton pads was bloody, which strongly suggests the needle was penetrating too deep, rather than just clearing pores (where the material is usually brown). Post-Treatment Results: I accepted the facial treatment upgrade hoping it would mitigate the shock from the extractions. Unfortunately, it wasn't sufficient. Usually, my skin is radiant and glowing after a facial. However, even three days later, the needle spots are still inflamed, red, and painful, and I have noticeable scar marks. The facial treatment did not effectively calm my skin, likely because of the excessive damage done during the extraction phase. Positive Notes: The location is convenient and the clinic feels clean. The welcoming staff members are genuinely lovely and super sweet—I sincerely wish them the best. Final Thoughts: Despite the nice staff and pleasant environment, I left very disappointed with the overall service quality. (Note on Review Request): They request Google reviews on the spot from every customer, which is worth noting. The reason I didn't provide this feedback immediately was that I hadn't yet looked closely at my face in a mirror, and it took a little time to reflect on and process the extent of the post-treatment damage.
