Food intolerance differs from acute food allergies, which show symptoms immediately after exposure to the allergen. Hidden food allergies occur after repeatedly consuming the same food, causing the body's immune system to perceive the food as a foreign substance. Symptoms vary from person to person and are not immediate, often appearing several days after consumption, making them difficult to detect and identify the specific food causing the allergy. Symptoms are varied, chronic but not severe, and may include chronic headaches, migraines, ADHD, chronic nasal congestion and runny nose, chronic unexplained hives, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, constipation, bloating, weight gain, and muscle pain.

Continuous consumption of the offending food can lead to chronic problems, weakened immunity, or even neurological and memory disruptions, such as ADHD and migraines.
How do hidden food allergies (IgG) negatively affect health?
- Chronic headaches, migraines
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Hepatitis B Vaccination

Hepatitis B is a disease caused by the hepatitis B virus. It is transmitted through contact with the blood or bodily fluids of an infected person through open wounds on the skin, sharing personal items contaminated with blood or bodily fluids such as razors or toothbrushes, sexual contact, sharing needles, and from mother to child. If the body cannot eliminate the virus, the person becomes a carrier of the disease, increasing the risk of cirrhosis and liver cancer.
Symptoms that may indicate hepatitis B:
Fever, loss of appetite, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, chest pain, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes). If the body cannot eliminate the virus, the person becomes a carrier, in addition to spreading the infection to others, and increasing the risk of cirrhosis and liver cancer.
Hepatitis B Vaccine:
Made from the outer protein of the hepatitis B virus, it is administered intramuscularly in 3 doses at 0, 1, and 6 months.
Those who should receive the hepatitis B vaccine:
Those who do not yet have immunity to hepatitis B.
All newborns in Thailand, including children who have never received this vaccine before.
Adults at risk of exposure include spouses of hepatitis B carriers, those requiring frequent blood transfusions, dialysis patients, healthcare workers, drug users, men who have sex with men, and those with chronic liver or kidney disease.
Travelers planning to visit countries with high prevalence of the disease should also be aware of this risk.
For children over 10 years of age and adults, a blood test should be performed before vaccination to check for pre-existing immunity, as some may have already had a natural immunity due to previous infection.
Those who should refrain from receiving the hepatitis B vaccine include:
Individuals with a history of allergic reactions to the hepatitis B vaccine or to any of its components.
Those with fever or acute illness should postpone vaccination until they recover.
Mild colds without fever are acceptable for vaccination.

Heart and Vascular Check up

Echocardiogram is a cardiac examination that uses high-frequency sound waves passed through the chest wall to examine the heart and blood vessels. It is typically performed in a supine position. The doctor places a probe on the chest wall and emits high-frequency sound waves traveling at approximately 1,530 meters per second. These waves pass through the chest wall, impacting various parts of the heart and blood vessels, and are then reflected back. The probe converts the reflected signals into images of the heart and blood vessel structure, displayed on a screen. Because these sound waves are too high for the human ear to perceive, they are called ultrasound waves. Echocardiograms are painless and very safe. They can effectively diagnose all types of heart disease, including congenital heart disease and acquired heart disease.

Heart disease often presents with subtle symptoms. Some types of heart disease have no noticeable warning signs, or at least not severe or obvious enough for patients to suspect anything. Therefore, minor symptoms are often overlooked, leading to a lack of examination and delays. By the time it's discovered, it may be too late.

Statistics show that… two Thais die from cardiovascular disease every hour, and globally, it's the leading cause of death.

Obesity is defined as having a BMI exceeding a certain threshold, not as a change in body shape or size.
Therefore, people with different body sizes—due to varying bone structures—are not obese; their size is a natural beauty bestowed by their structure.

So, we're not talking about weight loss to achieve a standard, internationally recognized figure like those in magazines. We respect diverse beauty.

Instead, we're talking about weight gain that leads to an excessive BMI and poses a greater health risk.

Excess weight that exceeds the body's structural capacity is the real problem. Various organs, including the knees, ankles, and back, bear excessive weight, leading to premature wear and tear. The heart has to work harder to pump blood beyond its natural structure, leading to heart disease and a host of other health problems.

InBody is a body composition analyzer that can determine the amount of muscle, fat, water, minerals, and bone mass. It uses the principle of bioelectrical impedance analysis, where the flow of electricity through various tissues and cells in the body is impedance-dependent. Fat conducts electricity poorly and has high resistance, while muscle, which has a higher water content, conducts electricity better and has lower resistance. This test provides numerical values that allow for detailed analysis of body composition.

Who should get an InBody body composition analysis?
1. Those who want to know their body composition for health care.
2. Those who want to improve their physique or develop muscle mass through nutritional and exercise adjustments.
3. Those who want to lose weight by reducing fat while maintaining muscle mass.
4. Those prone to muscle mass loss, such as the elderly and those with chronic illnesses.
5. Those who are frequently ill and want to strengthen their bodies and improve their health.

Bone densitometry is a test to measure bone density in various parts of the body, such as the spine, hip, wrist, and overall bone structure, to determine the degree of osteoporosis. It uses a low-energy Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) scanner to image bone tissue, providing quick, accurate, and safe results.

Coronary Artery Calcium Score (CT Coronary Calcium Score)
is a test to detect calcium deposits in the coronary arteries using a computed tomography (CT) scan. It measures the amount of calcium buildup within the walls of the arteries, indicating the likelihood of developing coronary artery disease, acute myocardial infarction, and acute arterial occlusion.

Detecting coronary artery calcium deposits allows for an initial assessment of the risk of coronary artery stenosis, leading to reduced blood flow to the heart and potentially causing acute myocardial infarction (heart attack) or chronic myocardial ischemia and death.
Advantages of Coronary Artery Calcium Score:
- High accuracy in assessing the risk of coronary artery stenosis, enabling timely prevention or treatment planning.
- Quick test time (15-20 minutes) without the need for contrast injection.
- Low radiation exposure; safe for patients.
Risk Factors:
- Age 40 years and older.
- Family history of cardiovascular disease.
- Risk factors such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, abdominal obesity, and smoking.

Health checkups are an important matter that shouldn't be overlooked. In today's world, people live stressful lives, working excessively and lacking sufficient rest, racing against time, and eating hastily. Taking care of your body to stay healthy and ready for activities is far better than waiting for illness to develop and then treating it. Regular health checkups are therefore crucial, as they help identify risk factors for disease, allowing for lifestyle changes that contribute to illness, and enabling the administration of vaccines, medications, or certain chemicals to prevent disease. A truly beneficial health checkup should focus on prevention rather than treatment, providing a genuine benefit to those undergoing it and accurately reflecting their overall well-being.

The fundamental principles of good health are simple, starting with lifestyle changes through proper self-care. This includes exercise, diet, rest, disease prevention, annual health checkups, and reducing or eliminating unhealthy habits. This may also include maintaining a clean, airy, and well-ventilated environment around the home. Following these guidelines... It is well known that it leads to good health, fewer illnesses, the avoidance of preventable diseases, and a longer lifespan.

It is well known that these tests contribute to good health, fewer illnesses, the avoidance of preventable diseases, and a longer lifespan.

Liver Check Up

Liver cancer is one of the leading cancer threats worldwide and has been a major concern for many years. It is more common in men (it is the number one cancer among Thai men) and often occurs in those with cirrhosis of the liver from various causes such as alcohol consumption, hepatitis B or C viruses, and fatty liver disease. In its early stages, it often presents with no symptoms, leading to delayed diagnosis. Importantly, it develops silently and without warning. Liver cancer screening therefore helps us recognize the body's warning signs before seeking timely treatment.
Who should get a liver cancer screening?
- Patients with cirrhosis
- Patients infected with hepatitis B and C viruses
- Patients with a direct family history of liver cancer
- Patients with fatty liver disease
- Patients who regularly consume alcohol
List of tests:
1. Total Protein: Checks total protein levels in the blood
2. Albumin: Checks liver function
3. Total Bilirubin: Checks liver function
4. Direct Bilirubin: Checks liver function
5. SGOT (AST): Checks liver function
6. SGPT (ALT): Checks liver function
7. Alk Phosphatase: Checks liver function
8. GGT (Gamma GT): Checks liver function

Toxicology and Drug Testing

Package Details
How much toxin has accumulated in our bodies?
We are constantly exposed to heavy metals and toxins from food, air, and cosmetics. This is difficult to prevent and avoid. Low levels of heavy metals may not show symptoms, but as they accumulate, they affect bodily functions, generating harmful free radicals and increasing the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, Alzheimer's, and various cancers. Testing for heavy metals in the body can help us prevent excessive heavy metal buildup by adjusting lifestyle habits or removing them through medical methods, allowing the body to become clean and toxin-free.
Test Package Includes:
Test for toxins and heavy metals in the body (Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Manganese, Chromium, Cobalt, Nickel, Arsenic, Aluminum)
Service Conditions:
1. Services are available at Building B, 8th Floor, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and Saturday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM only.
2. Reserved for Thai citizens only.
3. Reserved for individuals aged 15 years and older only.
4. Please refrain from eating and drinking. (You may drink plain water) at least 8-12 hours before the examination.
5. Please refrain from eating seafood at least 1 week in advance.
6. The price includes doctor's fees and hospital service fees.

Heavy metal toxins can enter the human body through ingestion, inhalation of air pollutants, or even skin contact. They can be contaminated by various daily factors, such as food containers harboring toxic residues or substandard cosmetics contaminated with cadmium.

Warning signs of heavy metal contamination in the body include:
Frequent, unexplained headaches
Body aches, fatigue, and easy tiredness
Numbness and tingling in the hands and feet
Frequent cramps or allergic rashes and hives
Prolonged accumulation of heavy metals in the body can cause free radicals or oxidative stress, which is harmful to various cells and increases the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, Alzheimer's disease, and cancer.

Detoxification: An option for good health and disease prevention
It eliminates accumulated toxins, reducing impurities in the body.
It cleanses toxins from the intestines, improving the function of nearby organs such as the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, kidneys, lymph nodes, and blood circulation.
It enhances overall bodily functions.
It leads to clearer skin, reduced acne scars and dark spots.
Testing for heavy metal contamination in the body helps us prevent excessive heavy metal levels by adjusting lifestyle habits. Or eliminate those heavy metals to cleanse the body of toxins with a body toxin and heavy metal screening program.
The body toxin and heavy metal screening program uses the Oligoscan machine (measures 20 minerals and 14 heavy metals).

Measuring the levels of heavy metals and minerals in the body with the Oligoscan machine can indicate whether the levels of various substances in the body are abnormal or pose a risk. The Oligoscan test uses a scanning device to scan 5 points on the palm, and the results will indicate the following:

Heavy metals intoxication (14 items): Aluminium, Antimony, Silver, Arsenic, Barium, Beryllium, Bismuth, Cadmium, Mercury, Nickel, Platinum, Lead, Thallium, Thorium
Mineral test (20 items): Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Silicon, Sodium, Potassium, Copper, Zinc, Iron, Manganese, Chromium, Vanadium, Boron, Cobalt, Molybdenum, Iodine, Lithium, Germanium, Selenium, Sulphure

Eye Examination and Treatment

Is it time for new glasses? Check for these signs:
– Blurred vision: If your old glasses make vision less clear than before, it may be because your prescription has changed.
– Double vision: This is often caused by astigmatism. You should get your eyes checked and get new glasses as soon as possible.
– Eye strain or headache: If your old glasses cause discomfort, headaches, and the symptoms improve after you take them off, it's a clear sign that your prescription doesn't match the lenses.

While there's no strict guideline on how often you should replace your glasses, regular annual eye checkups are recommended, and you should get new glasses when your vision changes. Straining or squinting to see clearly puts strain on your eye muscles to adjust focus, which can affect your eye health in the long run.
The eye exam includes:
1. Pupil dilation to view the retina and/or fundus camera examination.
2. Non-contact intraocular pressure measurement (Tonometer without contact).
3. Detailed general eye examination (Slit Lamp).
4. Examination of macular and optic nerve thickness (Optical Coherence Tomography: OCT). Detailed eye health check using computer equipment.
5. Examination by an ophthalmologist, including general eye health check, glaucoma screening, and cataract screening.
Conditions for receiving services:

Because good eye health and vision are part of a good quality of life, a comprehensive eye exam is just as important as any other health checkup. During an eye exam, the patient will have their vision assessed, common eye diseases diagnosed, and the retina, optic nerve, and small blood vessels in the eye evaluated. These examinations may also reveal underlying systemic or chronic diseases.
Some eye diseases may not show any symptoms in their early stages, such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. However, if left untreated, they will gradually progress, eventually leading to permanent vision loss. Regular visits to an ophthalmologist and early treatment can prevent visual impairment. Furthermore, early detection and care can reduce treatment costs.
Examination Items:
1. Refractive error testing (e.g., nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism)
2. Intraocular pressure measurement

DNA & Genetic Testing

Thalassemia is an autosomal recessive blood disorder caused by a genetic abnormality resulting from a mutation in a globin gene that controls the production of globin chains, a key component of hemoglobin in red blood cells. This causes red blood cells to have a shorter lifespan than normal, leading to anemia. Consequently, various organs in the body receive less oxygen than they should. These genes are inherited from both the father and the mother. The abnormality can manifest in several ways, including reduced globin production or the production of abnormal globin chains. The severity depends on the type and number of abnormal genes.
CBC. Complete Blood Count
Hb Typing. Test to identify different types of hemoglobin.
PCR (DNA) for Alpha Thal Complete Profile - GMLAB.
Ferritin. A protein that binds iron to red blood cells.
Note:
1. This program includes doctor's fees, nursing services, and hospital fees.
2. This price is reserved for Thai nationals and foreigners residing in Thailand only.
3. This program is for the Internal Medicine Center only. Only at Phyathai 2 Hospital.

The Emsella chair is a pelvic floor muscle treatment technology approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Union (EU) as safe and effective for treating pelvic floor muscle weakness, urinary incontinence, and other pelvic floor muscle-related conditions. Causes of pelvic floor muscle weakness:
Pelvic floor muscle weakness refers to decreased effectiveness of the pelvic floor muscles, resulting in the displacement of internal pelvic organs such as the uterus, bladder, or large intestine. This is more common in older women.

Risk factors for pelvic floor weakness include:
Older age: Women in menopause are more likely to experience pelvic floor weakness due to decreased estrogen levels, which weakens the pelvic floor muscles.
Pregnancy and vaginal childbirth, especially difficult deliveries requiring instrumentation such as forceps or vacuum extraction, can cause stretching of the pelvic floor muscles, leading to weakness.
Chronic constipation. Vaginal childbirth causes stretching and weakness of the pelvic floor muscles.
Chronic coughing increases intra-abdominal pressure, potentially causing pelvic organs to shift downwards.
Lifting heavy objects increases intra-abdominal pressure, leading to pelvic organ and vaginal prolapse.
Excess weight increases intra-abdominal pressure, causing pelvic organs to shift downwards and become prolapsed.
Certain medical conditions that increase intra-abdominal pressure, such as high blood pressure, can also contribute to pelvic floor muscle strain. Who is suitable for using the Emsella Kegel exercise chair?
Those suitable for using the Kegel exercise chair include:
Women with urinary incontinence, such as during exercise, coughing, or sneezing, which interferes with daily life.
Women with vaginal dryness, looseness, or irritation or pain during intercourse.

Understanding the Urinary System
The urinary system consists of several organs that work together to produce and expel urine from the body. Urine is produced in the kidneys, flows through the ureters into the bladder, and is then expelled from the body through the urethra. The main organs of the urinary system include:

Kidneys: Fist-sized organs located in the abdominal cavity on either side of the lumbar spine. Their primary functions include filtering waste from the blood, reabsorbing useful substances, maintaining fluid balance, producing hormones to regulate blood pressure, and producing red blood cells, among others. Urine produced in the kidneys flows through the ureters via the renal pelvis.
Ureters: Thin, muscular tubes connecting the two kidneys to carry urine from the kidneys to the bladder.
Bladder: An organ for temporarily storing urine before it is expelled from the body through the urethra.
Urethra: A tube connecting the bladder that serves as a passageway for urine from the bladder to the body. The male urethra is longer than that of the female and is not separate from the genitals; therefore, the urinary system is often related to and encompasses the male reproductive system as well.
Symptoms of Urinary Tract Diseases
Most urinary tract diseases often have common initial symptoms that can be observed, including:

Back pain or pain in the side of the body.
Pain during urination. Symptoms of urinary tract infection include: painful urination, urinary incontinence, incomplete emptying of the bladder, abnormally low urine volume, blood in the urine (brown, pink, or cloudy white), and an unusual odor in the urine.
If you experience any of these symptoms, do not ignore them as they may indicate a more serious urinary tract disease than you might think. Seeking diagnosis from a urologist to determine the true cause of the disease is the best way to ensure accurate and effective treatment.

Breast Surgery

Digital mammography is a breast cancer screening method that uses X-rays to detect abnormalities. These abnormalities may include lumps, changes in breast density, abnormal tissue distribution, or calcifications in the breast. This method effectively detects abnormalities in their early stages.

Ultrasound is a test that uses high-frequency sound waves to detect differences between normal tissue and lumps in the breast tissue.

When is the best time to have the examination? It is recommended to have the examination after your menstrual period has ended. Avoid scheduling the examination while breastfeeding, when you experience breast tenderness or swelling, or in the week before your period, as this may increase the risk of discomfort.

Factors affecting a child's growth are largely due to genetics. Currently, about 10% of parents and guardians consult doctors about their child's slow growth, but over 60% of these cases are attributed to genetics, primarily a family history of short stature in parents or grandparents. In addition, certain diseases or hormonal imbalances can also cause short stature, such as growth hormone deficiency and thyroid hormone deficiency.

Children suspected of having growth abnormalities should be diagnosed by a doctor early, as some conditions can be treated effectively, with better results if treated at a younger age. Waiting until later in life or adolescence to seek medical attention may reduce the likelihood of successful treatment. Or none at all.

Allergies are caused by the body's immune system reacting abnormally to allergens that enter the body, resulting in chronic inflammation in various organs such as the skin, nasal mucosa, eye mucosa, respiratory tract mucosa, or digestive tract mucosa.
Risk factors for allergies in children:
Genetic factors: Patients with a history of allergies in either parent have a 20-40% chance of developing allergies, and a 50-80% chance if both parents have allergies, even if they are allergic to the same type of allergen or substance.
Environmental factors: 15% of allergy sufferers do not have a parent with allergies, but develop them from living in an environment with a high concentration of allergens such as dust mites, cockroaches, keeping furry pets like dogs and cats, and exposure to air pollution such as car exhaust fumes, industrial smoke, cigarette smoke, or consuming animal milk such as cow's or goat's milk, as well as soy milk, during the first six months after birth instead of breast milk. These are also risk factors that can cause allergies.

Muscle is a tissue found in almost every organ in the body. Its function is to support the entire structure of the body. Strong muscles help increase metabolism, control weight, strengthen bones, increase bone density, reduce joint pain, reduce bone fractures, and improve blood sugar control for people with diabetes. Importantly, the chemicals that promote muscle building also help break down fat and increase growth hormone in the body. Muscles also reduce stress, improve sleep, and improve heart function. In other words... This helps maintain youthfulness.

Brain Check-up

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a medical technology that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain without surgery. Its primary goal is to balance brain function, alleviate symptoms of various diseases, and promote recovery in patients with brain and nervous system disorders.
What diseases does TMS treat?
TMS is often used to balance brain function in several diseases, especially in children. Most cases involve the nervous system and brain, such as:

In Children:

Autism: Stimulates brain areas related to communication and behavior to promote development.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD): May help improve concentration and reduce distractibility.
Developmental and Learning Disorders: Currently in the research phase, studying the potential to improve specific brain functions.

Benefits of TMS Treatment:
A non-invasive alternative to medication and surgery. TMS is a non-invasive stimulation method with no long recovery time; patients can return to their normal daily routines quickly.
Fewer side effects compared to medication; may only cause temporary headaches or dizziness after treatment.
Helps alleviate chronic symptoms such as drug-resistant depression, chronic pain, or other brain-related disorders.
Promotes recovery. In patients with movement disorders or developmental abnormalities in children, TMS may stimulate relevant brain areas, promoting faster recovery or improved learning.
