im very unhappy as ive been shortchanged by them. 1) foot spa and foot massage had almost similar description. when i reached there, i was told that foot spa has very little foot massage. this should have been made known to customer in your selection choices and not when we have paid. front staff kept insisting i should cancel, seek refund. the inflexibility to resolve the matter left me wasting precious time since my appt was at 9pm. 2) ding dong back and fourth, she finally proposed if im ok with doing more foot massage and lesser time foot mask. i was completely ok at the start but she wasn't having it, just kept telling me my selection was wrong if I wanted foot massage. 3) i started 915pm (foot spa 1 hr and aroma oil massage 1 hr), scheduled to end @ 11.15pm 4) noted they close @ 11pm, i asked the front desk staff, are u sure we can over-run till 1115pm, she said YES, and only front desk need to wrap up. 5) even when we agreed with the foot spa arrangement with lesser time on foot mask and more time on foot massage, we still started late because someone needed to update her computer system before the masseur could begin, she was already ready but our dear front desk staff snapped at her and asked her to wait. my massage ended at 1103pm. im super angry as I've been shortchanged. i confronted the masseur, she was told by the front desk recept to wrap up at 11pm. honestly. the inconsistency information and the inflexibility. horrible. im so angry. the front desk staff should be reprimanded. you end work @11pm, that's on you. but learn to communicate properly and manage expectations well. lazyness at best.
