I normally do not write reviews for this type of service, but I felt it was worth sharing my experience because I hope it can help improve the customer experience. I booked my appointment several days in advance and confirmed the time with the shop. On the day of the appointment, 22 minutes before the scheduled time, received a call from the shop and asking to delay the appointment while I was already on my way. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but much earlier communication would have made it easier to manage. Regarding the foot spa and pedicure service, I appreciate the effort from the person, but the overall result was not what I expected. I have had similar treatments before, and normally afterwards my feet feel fresh, relaxed, softer, and rejuvenated, especially around the soles and heels. This time, I did not feel the same level of improvement, and the result was not as noticeable as my previous experiences. I am sharing this feedback as I believe attention to appointment management and the finishing quality of the foot care service can make a big difference. I hope this feedback is helpful and allows the shop to continue improving.
