I had an amazing experience, everyone was very kind and nice. The services were as expected as a 1st time visitor. The reason I’m giving 4/5 stars instead of all 5 is because someone kept walking in the room durning my service and since my eyes were covered I couldn’t relax. Also I was a bit surprised that there were no conditioners available. Ethic hair generally needs moister added especially in Thailand were the water can be a bit dryer. I do understand the culture difference. I will return and just take my own conditioner.
