나는 태국에 연간 5~6번 골프를 치러 오는 관광객이다.\n그때마다 하루에 한 번씩 마사지나 스파를 받는데, 지난 8월 방문했을 때 Bhawa Spa에서 Hot Stone 프로그램을 예약했었다.\n그때 200% 만족해서 이번에도 다시 예약하게 되었다.\n\n이번에는 센트럴월드에서 출발했는데, 갑자기 쏟아진 폭우 때문에 택시 안에서 100분 넘게 갇혀 있었다.\nBhawa 측에서 예약 시간을 한 시간이나 늦춰주었음에도 불구하고, 결국 또 30분이나 지각해 버렸다.\n\n내가 예약한 프로그램은 140분짜리였는데, 늦게 도착했기 때문에 문 닫는 시간이 이미 지나버렸다.\n그럼에도 불구하고 친절한 스태프와 테라피스트분들이 끝까지 시간을 다 채워 정성스럽게 마사지를 해주셨다.\n정말 감사한 마음뿐이다.\n\n그리고 Grab을 잘못 불러 한참 고생하고 있었는데, 직원 두 분이 직접 나와서 집에 가는 걸 도와주셨다.\n정말 감동에 감동이었다.\n\nHot Stone 마사지는 따뜻하게 달군 넙적한 돌로 온몸의 피로를 풀어주는 프로그램으로, 이번에도 역시 최고의 서비스였다.\n\n🇬🇧 English Translation\n\nI visit Thailand 5 to 6 times a year mainly for golf, and every time I come, I make sure to enjoy at least one massage or spa session per day.\nWhen I visited in August, I booked the Hot Stone program at Bhawa Spa, and I was 200% satisfied — so I decided to book it again this time.\n\nI left from Central World, but due to a sudden heavy downpour, I was stuck in a taxi for more than 100 minutes.\nEven though Bhawa kindly postponed my appointment by an hour, I still ended up being 30 minutes late.\n\nMy program was a 140-minute session, but since I arrived late, it went past their closing time.\nDespite that, the kind staff and therapist still provided the full treatment with great care and dedication.\nI was truly touched and thankful.\n\nLater, I had trouble with my Grab ride, and two of the staff members even came outside to help me get home safely.\nThat really moved me deeply.\n\nThe Hot Stone Massage — using warm, smooth stones to relieve tension throughout the body — was once again an absolutely perfect experience.\n\n\n
