About This Service
Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) or Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMT)
is the use of low-energy laser light or specific wavelength LED light (e.g., 630–660 nm) to stimulate the activity of hair follicle cells.
Mechanism of Action:
- Photobiomodulation at the Mitochondrial Level
Light is absorbed by chromophores (e.g., cytochrome c oxidase) within the mitochondria of hair follicle cells.
- Increases energy production in the form of ATP
- Stimulates the division and growth of hair follicle cells
- Inducing the Anagen Phase
Helps hair follicles in the resting phase (telogen) return to the growth phase (anagen), resulting in the development of new hair.
- Enhancing Scalp Blood Circulation
Increases oxygen and nutrient delivery to hair follicles
- Anti-inflammatory Effect
Helps slow down follicle miniaturization, particularly in androgenetic alopecia.

Contraindications:
