About This Service
Terms & Conditions
* Appointments must be made in advance before visiting the clinic or receiving medication, as the clinic does not keep stock. Orders will be placed directly from Zuellig Pharma only after order confirmation and appointment scheduling.
*All medications are authentic and ordered directly from Zuellig Pharma (not split or batch-divided products).
* Customers must be existing regular users of this medication and confirm that they have no history of allergic reactions.
* Customers confirm that they are not sensitive or allergic to this type of medication.
* Customers who wish to have the injection administered by the clinic will be charged a service fee of THB 600 per session. (Medication storage is available upon request.) Customers must confirm that they are medically fit for each treatment session.
* Medical consultation is available upon request at a fee of THB 3,000 per session (maximum 15 minutes).
* Customers agree to leave a review on Google Maps after receiving the service.
