Take your training to the next level with the SinghaArcha Muaythai Academy Group Class. Designed for practitioners who want to build real Muay Thai skills, this session combines technical instruction, conditioning, and controlled sparring in a supportive and professional training environment.
During this 90-minute class, you'll work on warm-ups, striking fundamentals, footwork, pad work, conditioning, and supervised sparring, allowing you to apply techniques, improve timing, distance management, defensive awareness, and fight IQ under the guidance of experienced coaches.
