The onsen was amazing! It felt like those onsens you\u0027d find in a hotel in japan actually. I really enjoyed my day there. The only con is the nap room. It might be because we accidentally went on a Thai public holiday, so there were a lot of ppl, but the nap room was always ALWAYS full. So many ppl just stayed there and it was impossible to get a chancs to enjoy it. We ended up sitting outside in the reception area, which was nice but also crowded. But overall, i would go again, just not expecting to use the nap room.
