วันนี้มาใช้บริการของสาขา Seacon Square ไปใช้บริการมา 3 ครั้งแล้ว แต่เจอ Experience แบบเดิมทุกรอบ คือเดินเข้าไปแล้วต้องยืนเก้อ ไม่มีพนักงานเข้ามาต้อนรับ หรือเข้ามา Greeting สอบถามเลยว่าลูกค้ามาทำอะไร ล่าสุดรอบที่ 2 ที่เดินเข้าไปเลื่อนนัด พนักงานก็ดูเหมือนไม่อยากบริการ แถมไม่มีการ Record ข้อมูลหรือ Update คิวทำ Laser ลงระบบ ทั้งๆ ที่เปลี่ยนวันเรียบร้อยแล้วแต่ยังโทรตามซ้ำซ้อน ไม่เข้าใจ Standard การให้บริการของสาขานี้เลย Not okay และ Disappointed มากๆ อยากให้จัดการระบบและอบรม Staff ด่วนครับ ps. แค่คำถามพื้นฐานว่ามีนัดไหมหรือมาทำอะไร ก็ไม่มีใครถาม เราไม่ได้คาดหวังการดูแลแบบ VIP Course แพงๆ นะ แต่อย่างน้อยควรมีมาตรฐานการทักทายต้อนรับเหมือนลูกค้าคนอื่นๆด้วย ขอบคุณครับ 😏😎
