Training on the Mat/Barre Pilates helps strengthen your core, improve posture, enhance flexibility and mobility, develop balanced muscle strength, and relieve tension caused by prolonged sitting or daily activities. With dedicated guidance from a certified instructor, you'll learn proper breathing techniques, body alignment, and movement control to maximize your results.

- Advance reservation by phone is required before your appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted for this package.

- Each customer is eligible to purchase and redeem this trial package once only.
- If it is found that the customer has previously received any service at CTRL Pilates Studio, the studio reserves the right to decline redemption, cancel the booking, and no refund will be provided.
