Lip pigmentation can be done in many styles, including correcting dark lips/pale lips, ombre, and single color.
This depends on the condition of the lips and the desired result.

We use organic pigments from abroad, which are safe and gentle on the lips and last for 2-3 years.

For clients with dark lips,
a darkening correction step is necessary first.
This brightens and evens out the lip color before applying the actual color, resulting in a beautiful, soft, and natural look.

For clients with pale lips, we recommend using a red or rosy pink base color. Pale lips lack red pigment, and the red color will help the lips look healthier after peeling.

Things to do before lip tattooing:
1. Keep your lips moisturized:
- Apply lip balm or Vaseline daily.
- Drink plenty of water to reduce dryness and peeling.
2. Gently exfoliate your lips (2-3 days before tattooing):
- Use sugar + honey or a gentle lip scrub.
- Do not scrub vigorously as this can thin the skin and slow healing.
3. Avoid certain medications (at least 48 hours before tattooing):
- Blood thinners (aspirin, warfarin), NSAIDs,
Alcohol, Vitamin E, fish oil → as these can increase bleeding risk.
- If you have any underlying medical conditions and take medication, consult your doctor first.
4. Avoid caffeine and alcohol 24 hours before the procedure → to reduce bleeding and swelling.
5. Get enough rest:
- If you are feeling fatigued, Wound healing will be slow and there is a risk of inflammation.

1. History of herpes simplex virus on the lips:
- A history of herpes, even if currently asymptomatic.
- To consider prevention of recurrence after the procedure.

2. Underlying medical conditions:

e.g.,
- Diabetes
- Immunodeficiency disorders
- Blood disorders
- Heart disease
- Skin diseases around the lips

Some conditions may cause slow wound healing or increase the risk of infection.

3. Pregnancy or breastfeeding:
- Lip tattooing is not recommended during this time.

4. Allergies to medications/inks/metals:
- Especially anesthetics, antibiotics, or substances in tattoo ink.
- If you have a history of allergies. Advance notice is advised.

5. Use of certain medications

e.g.,
- Blood thinners (Aspirin, Warfarin)
- NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)
- Vitamin E, fish oil
- Steroids or immunosuppressants

6. Easy bleeding / slow wound healing
- Difficulty stopping bleeding
- History of easy wound inflammation or keloid formation

7. Recent lip procedures
- Lip fillers
- Laser / skin treatments
