i called branch central ladprao for an appointment，they told me 2pm is ok，but they requested me to purchase online first,and after i arrive clinic, they verify my qrcode immediately and they started to sell me more package , i didn't accpet package, then they told me today i can't have service immediately because i didn't book in advance.....they asked me to wait around 1hr, after 1 hr, they said i have to wait for 4hrs more....i asked why they do like that,they said because i didn't book in advance,and they rejected to refund my money🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
