I came here for the first time, really looking forward to trying a Vietnamese Head Massage, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. It felt more like a regular hair wash , there was barely any massage at all. The staff even sprayed water into my ear, which was really uncomfortable. When I mentioned it, the response was just a simple apology, with no compensation or real sense of responsibility. The place itself has a nice atmosphere, but the overall experience didn’t live up to what I expected, especially for the price.

มาครั้งแรกตั้งใจจะลอง Vietnamese Head Massage แต่กลายเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ผิดหวังมาก เหมือนจ่ายราคามาแค่เพื่อสระผม ไม่มีขั้นตอนการนวดอะไรเลย แถมระหว่างทำพนักงานฉีดน้ำเข้าหูจนรู้สึกไม่สบาย พอแจ้งปัญหา ทางร้านแค่ขอโทษเฉย ๆ ไม่มีการชดเชยหรือแสดงความรับผิดชอบใด ๆ รู้สึกว่าไม่คุ้มกับราคาที่จ่ายและบริการที่ได้รับจริง ๆ เสียดายบรรยากาศร้านที่ดี แต่ประสบการณ์โดยรวมไม่เป็นไปตามที่คาดหวังเลยครับ
