I had a really bad experience with this dental clinic. The staff and the doctor had difficulty understanding English. Imagine asking a staff member for my phone number, and he couldn’t even understand me when I told him in English. Like, are you being serious??? 😭 OMG, when I was in the X-ray room, the two nurses kept laughing with each other. I didn’t know if they were laughing at me or making fun of my English, but it made me feel so uncomfortable. And the WORST part was the doctor asking me to pay an extra 100 baht. Just so you know, the original price was 1,500 baht, but I claimed a voucher on GoWabi, so I paid 1,400 baht. Then he asked me to pay another 100 baht??? Like, bro, WHAT THE HELL??? 😭 I was so mad that I had to show him the GoWabi app to prove that I had already paid 1,400 baht. After that, he finally stopped arguing. And don’t even get me started on the wisdom tooth extraction process. It was NOT smooth at all. They injected the local anesthetic more than three times, and I could STILL feel the pain. I was shaking the whole time. The doctor told me to raise my left hand if I felt any pain, but there was one time when I didn’t raise my hand, and he assumed I wasn’t in pain and just kept going. BRO, CAN YOU PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO MY BODY LANGUAGE??? 😭 On top of that, the nurse put her hands on my head, and I couldn’t move. I was already anxious, and that just made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. UGH, such a horrible experience. And FYI, the staff member who asked for my phone number even had to ask someone to translate because he didn’t understand the number when I said it in English. That was honestly so embarrassing and frustrating. I’m NEVER coming back here again. This was hands down one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had.
