ATGenes has a comprehensive technology for diagnosing thalassemia at the DNA level that covers more than 99% of genetic mutations leading to thalassemia disorder. Moreover, ATGenes also provides genetic testing services for over 60 species of genetic diseases such as immunodeficiency and genetic diseases related to cancer, for example, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, endocrine cancer, and breast cancer. 

The laboratory at ATGenes contributes to genetic testing services for coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) by utilizing the RT-PCR method certified by ISO 1518. Furthermore, ATGenes has passed the Laboratory Quality Standards Test for COVID-19 from the department of medical science, ministry of public health. 

COVID-19 is a new species of coronavirus, affecting the respiratory system that causes pneumonia or pneumonitis. If left untreated, a patient can have a life-threatening condition. However, since the specific remedy for Covid 19 has not been discovered yet, the treatments for COVID-19 currently focuses on symptomatic treatment and antiviral drug prescription together with COVID-19 testing in order to allow a patient to receive the treatment immediately
