Threading for the first time. It's hurt but still can handle this level of pain. Staff always asking whether you want to rest a bit or go on. Anyway, she didn't ask me in the first place which shape I like. Luckily, it came out great (as what I like).

They are very professional and ask what kind of eyebrow shape you like before they do the threading and are happy to adjust. It would be good if they could suggest a shape or show some pictures first though. The place is very cute!

Fantastic service and beautiful eyebrow shape. I was running late due to traffic and called the salon and they were very accommodating and moved back my time. On arrival, I also had difficulty locating them and a member for staff actually came and found me. The eyebrow threading itself was great, the technician was extremely careful and precise and spent a lot of time working on the right shape for my face. It was quite a pleasant change, as I have had quite a lot of threading experiences where they try and do it as fast as possible and the shape is not so good. Granted it is quite expensive, however you would pay more for the same service at somewhere like Shivata in London and I would say is comparable or even possibly better.
