• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. In the case of late arrival, treatment may be shortened in consideration of the next client.
• In case of late arrival more than 15 minutes without giving any prior notification the spa reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
• Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
• In case of postponement or cancellation, the customer will have to inform at least 24 hours otherwise the spa reserves the right to collect the full amount.

therapist ดีงาม พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นกันเอง ช่วยเหลือดีเยี่ยม แต่สาเหตุที่จะไม่แนะนำใครที่รู้จักให้ไปที่นี่เพราะว่า (1) ซื้อคูปองไว้ 3 ใบ ตอนโทร.ไปจองกับทางร้านพนักงานขอให้ส่ง secret code ในการจองให้ แต่ไม่บอกว่าจะรีดีมทันทีที่จอง พอส่งโค้ดให้รีดีมทันทีทั้งที่ลูกค้ายังไม่ได้ไปใช้บริการ แล้วถึงส่งกฎระเบียบมาให้ดูว่าหากลูกค้าจะยกเลิกต้องบอกล่วงหน้า 6 ชม.ก่อนเวลานัด ร้านอื่นไม่เคยเจอเหตุการณ์รีดีมล่วงหน้าโดยไม่บอกลูกค้าก่อนแบบนี้ และที่เคยซื้อคูปองโกวาบิไปใช้กับร้านอื่นมาเขาจะอลุ้มอล่วยกว่านี้ ถ้าต้องยกเลิก แจ้งล่วงหน้าแค่ 2-3 ชม. เขาก็โอเค อ้อ พอถามว่ามีเพื่อนจะตามไปใช้บริการอึก 1 คนแต่ให้เขาจ่ายเองหน้าร้าน พนง.ก็บอกว่าได้ แต่เมื่อนัดเวลาแล้วคนที่จะจ่ายหน้าร้านห้ามเปลี่ยนเป็นไปใช้คูปองโกวาบิเป็นอันขาด ต้องจ่ายตรงเท่านั้น (2) ตอนที่ไปถึง ข้างร้านมีก่อสร้างเสียงดังขึ้นไปถึงห้องนวดที่ชั้น 3 รบกวนความสงบพอสมควร ถึงจะไม่ดังตลอดเวลาที่นวดก็ตาม ถ้าพนง. แจ้งล่วงหน้าว่าจะมีแบบนี้ลูกค้าคงไม่ไปที่นี่แน่ๆ ค่ะ
