โดยรวมทำออกมาได้ดีค่ะ ร้านบรรยากาศดี สะอาด ไปทำเคราตินรอบแรก สระผมหลังจากผ่านไปสามวันผมตรงแต่ยังฟูอยู่ ซึ่งก็ทักไปถามร้านว่าเป็นปกติไหม แต่ร้านก็ให้เคลมถือว่ารับผิดชอบดีมากๆ ประทับใจตรงนี้ ****** ! แต่พอไปถึงวันที่ไปเคลมมาวันนี้ ไม่โอเคกับคำพูดของพนักงานมากๆ เหมือนร้านพยายามจะพูดว่าเราไม่เข้าใจในเงื่อนไขของการทำเคราติน และบอกว่าเรามีปัญหาอยู่คนเดียว!? ซึ่งทางเราไม่ได้ร้องขอเลยว่าร้านต้องทำให้ใหม่ แต่ใช้คำพูดกับเราเหมือนเราไปขอให้ทำให้เรา เลยค่อนข้างรู้สึกแย่กับการเข้ารับบริการในวันนี้ ((ทางเราเข้าใจว่าการทำเคราตินมันไม่ตรงเหมือนยืดค่ะ แต่ก็ไม่คิดว่าสระออกมาแล้วผมจะฟูเหมือนเดิมไวขนาดนี้? และแค่ทักไปถามหาทางแก้ไข ไม่ได้ร้องขอว่าต้องทำใหม่เท่านั้น )) ถ้าผมเรายืดถาวรได้คงยืดไปแล้วค่า ฝากปรับปรุงด้วยนะคะ “เรื่องคำพูด”กับลูกค้า วันนี้เราไปเคลมคือไปรับสิทธิ์ที่ทางร้านเสนอมาให้เท่านั้นค่ะเราก็ไม่อยากทิ้งข้อเสนอที่ทางร้านยื่นให้มาค่ะ ย้ำว่าไม่ได้ร้องขอเอง แต่ร้านก็ยังพยายามพูดย้ำกับเราว่าจริงๆเรากดจากโกวาบิมันถูกมาก จะไม่มีการเคลมให้ด้วยซ้ำ อันนี้คือต้องรู้สึกยังไงนะคะ? เราก็จ่ายตังมาเหมือนกันค่ะ แต่ก็ขอบคุณมากค่ะที่ยินดีให้ทำใหม่ ไม่รู้ว่าพนักงานไม่พอใจอะไรไหม หวีดึงผมเราแรงมาก ไม่เหมือนวันแรกที่มาทำเลยค่า บริการต่างกันมาก คงจะเป็นครั้งแรกและครั้งสุดท้ายค่ะ และสุดท้ายนี้ขอบอกว่าเราเข้าใจเงื่อนไขของการทำเคราตินทุกอย่าง และไม่ได้คาดหวังตั้งแต่แรกว่าผมมันจะตรงแต่เหมือนที่ทางร้านพยายามจะไซโคว่าไม่เข้าใจเงื่อนไขค่ะ ขอบคุณมากๆด้วยค่ะ ** วอนพนักงานไปอ่านแชทที่คุยกับแอดมินให้ครบทุกท่านด้วยนะคะ แล้วจะเข้าใจค่ะคำคอมเพลนของเราค่ะ **😔🥲 จบการรีวิว

จองคิวล่วงหน้า แต่ต้องนั่งรอชั่วโมงกว่า ช่างบอกถ้าไม่สะดวกรอก็ให้เลื่อน คือขับรถมาแล้วนั่งรอแล้วก็เลยรอต่อไป ที่เศร้าสุดคือตัดผมแย่มากแย่และสั้นจนไปซ่อมไม่ได้ต้องรอยาวอย่างเดียวละตอนนี้ เซ็งไปอีกหลายเดือน ข้างหน้าเดิมทัดหูได้บอกจะไว้ยาว ช่างตัดเสมอคิ้ว ช่างบอกตอนแรกว่าจะไม่ตัดข้างหน้าละแต่มันไม่ได้ (อะไรไม่ได้ งงมาก) ข้างหลังบอกอย่าให้หัวแบนนะคะ ซ้ำ 2-3 รอบ ช่างไดร์ม้วนแล้วถ่ายรูป (ไม่อนุญาตให้นำรูปไปใช้นะ) ความจริงคือสระผมแล้วเป่าแห้ง ข้างหลังสั้นแทบไม่เหลือผม หัวแบนแทบจะเป็นเส้นตรง กลางหัวฟูชี้ขึ้นมา ท้ายทอยบานออก นี่พยามกดผมลงทุกทางได้ตามภาพ เข้าร้านนี้ครั้งเดียวทรมานไปอีกหลายเดือน
