All of our instructors passed the specialists curriculum in Pilates sciences. Our studio is equipped with lots of different Pilates equipments such as Pilates Reformer, Chair& Barrel, Gravity Muscle Builder. We offer Private Pilates Sessions and Private Sports massage, Myofascial Trigger Points, and Streching which we are an expert. Every instructors are bilingual - Thai and English. We'd like to make sure that you feel safe and comfortable while exercising with our instructors at Core-ME by Gravity.
