2. Computer-Assisted Sperm Analysis: CASA: Computer Assisted Sperm Analysis (CAA) can analyze sperm quality like a microscope. This is an examination with laboratory staff. But there are devices with high clarity to capture sperm. Specifically, sperm motility and sperm shape were measured. This makes the semen analysis results more accurate to reduce the deviation from the examination by personnel alone.
