We also have Gel nail paint , Acrylic nail, Poly gel extension service. Hand & Foot Spa using best quality organic brand from USA. All equipments and tools are sterile and clean with alcohol before giving services. Both ladies and gentlemen are welcome.

ขอบพระคุณ คุณลูกค้ามากมากค่ะ สำหรับคำติชม ทางร้านจะปรับปรุงให้ดียิ่งขึ้นค่ะ 🙏🏻 หวังว่าจะได้ดูแลความสวยให้ท่านอีกนะคะ💕 Fairy Eyelash & Nail Spa ขออนุญาตชี้แจง เกี่ยวกับการเข้ารับบริการของคุณคณิตา เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 30 มกราคม 2564 เวลา 18.00 น. คุณลูกค้าได้แจ้งกับทางร้าน ว่าไปต่อขนตาจากร้านอื่นมา เกิดอาการระคายเคือง จึงได้ดึงออกเอง ก่อนมาต่อที่ร้านเรา ช่างได้ตรวจสอบแล้ว ว่ายังมีปมกาวเก่าเหลืออยู่จับตัวกันเป็นก้อนใหญ่ จึงได้ทำการคลีนขนตาก่อนต่อ ซึ่งทำให้ใช้เวลาค่อนข้างนาน เพื่อให้ขนตาสะอาดที่สุดก่อนต่อเนื่องจากมีปมกาวจากอันเก่า จากนั้นได้ทำการต่อขนตา แบบ Hybrid ซึ่งปกติจะใช้เวลา 1.30 นาที ความยากง่ายของขนตาคุณลูกค้าแต่ละคนจะไม่เท่ากัน ขนตาของคุณคณิตา ช่างค่อนข้างจะเก็บรายละเอียดเยอะ เนื่องจากคุณลูกค้าดึงขนตาปลอมออกเองก่อนมาต่อที่ร้านเรา ทำให้ขนตาจริง ขาด แหว่ง และหักงอ แต่คุณลูกค้าได้สอบถามทางช่างว่าใกล้เสร็จหรือยัง ช่างได้ต่อไปประทาน 50 นาที จึงทำให้ช่างเร่งมือขึ้น เนื่องจากเกรงใจคุณลูกค้า จึงอาจจะทำให้ดูแลการต่อได้ไม่ดีพอ ซึ่งได้แจ้งกับคุณลูกค้าไปแล้ว ว่า หากมีอาการระคายเคือง ให้กลับมาที่ร้าน ทางร้านถอดให้ฟรี และรับประกันงาน 7 วันทุกกรณี ต่อมาคุณคณิตา ได้ติดต่อทางร้านขอเติมขนตา วันที่ 1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 พร้อมกับอยากเข้ารับบริการตัดหนังเท้า เวลา 21.00 น. ซึ่งทางร้านเรา ปิดเวลา 22.00 น. ซึ่งบริการ 2 อย่างอาจใช้เวลาถึง 2 ชม. ทางร้านก็ยินดีรอ แต่คุณลูกค้าก็ขอเลื่อน แจ้งว่าไม่ทัน ณ เวลา 20.26 น. ทำให้ทางร้านเสียโอกาสและรายได้ในการให้บริการคุณลูกค้าท่านอื่น เนื่องจากได้จัดคิวไว้แล้ว ทางร้านก็ได้แจ้งกลับไปว่ายังรับประกัน 7 วันสะดวกตอนไหน ให้คุณลูกค้านัดอีกที ต่อมาเวลา 23.52 น. วันเดียวกัน คุณลูกค้าขอเป็นวันที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 เวลา 10.00 น. ร้านเปิดคิวแรก แต่พอถึงเวลาคุณลูกค้าก้ไม่ได้มาตามนัด และติดต่อไม่ได้ ซึ่งทางร้านโทรศัพท์ติดต่อไป 3 ครั้ง ณ เวลา 10.19 น. วันที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564
