I prefer the sport massage. I had a Sports Massage from Khun Path prior to booking this Thai Massage, and I would give the Sports massage a 5 star review. Khun Path does an excellent job at Sports Massage, deep tissue massage. She loosened up tightened muscles and tendons I didn't even know were tight. The Thai massage was ok, but honestly, if you want the best massage from Khun Path, to relieve pain, get the Sports Massage.

Chronic pain and muscle spasms require more time and more frequent massages or a change in massage program. Massage may be combined with cupping or other combinations such as massage with herbal compresses and the use of stones.Chronic pain requires frequent massages and balanced use of the muscles in the same old behaviors. It may be necessary to use combined exercise and change the behavior of muscle use by doing adequate stretching exercises and tendons together with adequate massage.
