ผิดหวังมาก และจะไม่มาอีกแล้ว!! เกริ่นก่อนว่าผมเป็นลูกค้าประจำที่นี่ ถามว่าหมอนวดดีหรอ? ก็ไม่ทุกคนครับ สุ่มเจอดีบ้าง ไม่ดีบ้าง เคยเจอหมอนวด นวดอยู่แล้วหลับใน ผมนี่งงเลย แต่ว่าที่ผมมาเพราะว่าร้านค่อนข้างสะอาดและผมมีหมอนวดประจำที่นี่แล้ว เรื่องคือรอบนี้จองคิวไปนวดปกติ แต่นวดไม่ได้!? เจ้าหน้าที่หญิงแจ้งว่า Booking ที่ซื้อผ่านแอพมาใช้ไม่ได้ ต้องรอใช้พรุ่งนี้ ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่หญิงก็ไม่ได้แสดงการแก้ไขปัญหาอะไรเลย เอาแต่บอกว่ากฎเป็นแบบนีั ทั้งๆที่้ผมซื้อและใช้แบบนี้มาตลอด มีหลักฐานยืนยันให้ดูด้วยซ้ำว่าใช้แบบนี้มาตลอดครับ เพราะเคยถามทางร้านแล้ว ถ้าร้านบอกไม่ได้ตั้งแต่แรก ผมก็ไม่ซื้อ ซึ่งเรื่องครั้งนี้ผมไม่ได้ขออะไรมากมายเลย ผมแค่ถามว่าวันนี้ผมซื้อมาแล้ว ช่วยอะไรผมได้มั้ย เจ้าหน้าที่หญิงก็ตอบกลับแค่ว่าไม่ได้ ซึ่งพอผมถามเจ้าหน้าที่ย้ำๆ ได้ความว่ากฎออกมาตั้งแต่เดือนที่แล้ว เพราะมีลูกค้าจองแบบนี้มา แล้วกดยกเลิก ทำให้ร้านไม่ได้เงิน ซึ่งผมก็อธิบายไปแล้วว่า อันนี้ผมซื้อแบบยกเลิกไม่ได้นะ ผมจ่ายเงินไปแล้วด้วย แล้วเมื่อสัปดาห์ที่แล้วผมยังมานวดอยู่เลย และไม่มีปัญหาอะไร ผมเสียค่าเดินทาง เสียเวลาเดินทาง เสียเวลารอพวกคุณอีกกว่า 1 ชม. เพราะต้องรอประสานนู่นนี่นั่น ซึ่งทางร้านไม่ได้เสนอการชดเชยใดๆทั้งสิ้น แต่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ชายช่วยไปคุยให้เพราะเห็นผมเสียเวลามานานมาก ซึ่งตอนแรกเจ้าหน้าที่ชายบอกว่ามานวดได้เลยฟรีตามแพ็คเกจที่ซื้อมา แต่สุดท้ายเจ้าหน้าที่ชายคงไปถามผู้จัดการร้าน ได้คำตอบว่าให้ส่วนลดครั้งหน้าแค่ 20% ถามจริงๆ ผมมานวดแต่ละครั้งเฉลี่ย 700 บาท ลด 20% คือลดไป 140 บาท กับค่าเดินทาง ค่าเสียเวลา และความรู้สึกของลูกค้าประจำของคุณ ลดแบบนี้ผมซื้อผ่านแอพยังถูกกว่าส่วนลดที่ให้อีกมั้งครับ คุณแม่งเสนอส่วนลดได้ดูถูกลูกค้ามาก เสนอแบบนี้ไม่ต้องเสนอก็ได้ครับ ยิ่งรู้สึกแย่ เหมือนจะดูแลลูกค้า แต่ไม่ใช่ แค่เสนอไปให้จบๆ บอกเลยครับลาขาดร้านนี้

ผิดหวังมาก และจะไม่มาอีกแล้ว!! เรื่องคือรอบนี้จองคิวไปนวดปกติ แต่นวดไม่ได้!? เจ้าหน้าที่หญิงแจ้งว่า Booking ที่ซื้อผ่านแอพมาใช้ไม่ได้ ต้องรอใช้พรุ่งนี้ ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่หญิงก็ไม่ได้แสดงการแก้ไขปัญหาอะไรเลย เอาแต่บอกว่ากฎเป็นแบบนี้ ทั้งๆที่้ผมซื้อและใช้แบบนี้มาตลอด มีหลักฐานยืนยันให้ดูด้วยซ้ำว่าใช้แบบนี้มาตลอดครับ เพราะเคยถามทางร้านแล้ว ถ้าร้านบอกไม่ได้ตั้งแต่แรก ผมก็ไม่ซื้อ ซึ่งเรื่องครั้งนี้ผมไม่ได้ขออะไรมากมายเลย ผมแค่ถามว่าวันนี้ผมซื้อมาแล้ว ช่วยอะไรผมได้มั้ย เจ้าหน้าที่หญิงก็ตอบกลับแค่ว่าไม่ได้ ซึ่งพอผมถามเจ้าหน้าที่ย้ำๆ ได้ความว่ากฎออกมาตั้งแต่เดือนที่แล้ว เพราะมีลูกค้าจองแบบนี้มา แล้วกดยกเลิก ทำให้ร้านไม่ได้เงิน ซึ่งผมก็อธิบายไปแล้วว่า อันนี้ผมซื้อแบบยกเลิกไม่ได้นะ ผมจ่ายเงินไปแล้วด้วย แล้วเมื่อสัปดาห์ที่แล้วผมยังมานวดอยู่เลย และไม่มีปัญหาอะไร ผมเสียค่าเดินทาง เสียเวลาเดินทาง เสียเวลารอพวกคุณอีกกว่า 1 ชม. เพราะต้องรอประสานนู่นนี่นั่น ซึ่งทางร้านไม่ได้เสนอการชดเชยใดๆทั้งสิ้น แต่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ชายช่วยไปคุยให้เพราะเห็นผมเสียเวลามานานมาก ซึ่งตอนแรกเจ้าหน้าที่ชายบอกว่ามานวดได้เลยฟรีตามแพ็คเกจที่ซื้อมา แต่สุดท้ายเจ้าหน้าที่ชายคงไปถามผู้จัดการร้าน ได้คำตอบว่าให้ส่วนลดครั้งหน้าแค่ 20% ถามจริงๆ ผมมานวดแต่ละครั้งเฉลี่ย 700 บาท ลด 20% คือลดไป 140 บาท กับค่าเดินทาง ค่าเสียเวลา และความรู้สึกของลูกค้าประจำของคุณ ลดแบบนี้ผมซื้อผ่านแอพยังถูกกว่าส่วนลดที่ให้อีกมั้งครับ คุณแม่งเสนอส่วนลดได้ดูถูกลูกค้ามาก เสนอแบบนี้ไม่ต้องเสนอก็ได้ครับ ยิ่งรู้สึกแย่ เหมือนจะดูแลลูกค้า แต่ไม่ใช่ แค่เสนอไปให้จบๆ บอกเลยครับลาขาดร้านนี้

- ตอนแรกซื้อนวดไป 1 ชั่วโมง ราคา 585 ฿ - พอนวดไปแล้ว ขอเพิ่มอีกครึ่งชั่วโมง พนักงานแจ้งว่า ต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม 550 ฿ เท่ากับจ่ายทั้งหมด 1,135 ฿ (ในเมนู ปกติ นวด 90 นาที แค่ 950 ฿) ซึ่ง พนักงานแจ้งว่า ปกตินวด 30 นาที ราคา 550 ฿ ในเมนูร้าน ไม่มีแจ้งเรทราคา 30 นาทีไว้ (มีแต่เรท ราคา 60 นาที 650 ฿) คิดราคาเอาเปรียบลูกค้ามาก แล้วมาบอกให้สมัครสมาชิกซื้อแพคเกจกับทางร้านแทน ,, คงไม่ใช้บริการแล้วค่ะ
