เคยลองWalk in จ่ายราคาปกติหน้าร้าน ไปนวด แต่นวดไม่ครบเวลา การจัดการ เหมือนร้านยังเปิดไม่เสร็จ ผ่านไปเดือน ลองเปิดใจไปอีกรอบ ก็เหมือนเดิม ร้านไม่มีความพร้อมในการบริการเลย

ความต้องการ ความคาดหวัง ของลูกค้าแต่ละท่านอาจแตกต่างกันครับ วันนี้เรามีลูกค้าหลายๆรายที่ชื่นชมและประทับใจ ซื้อสมาชิกนวดไป 2 ชม.ขอต่ออีก 2 ชม.และแจ้งก่อนกลับว่าจะแนะนำลูกค้าให้ดัวยครับ ในเรื่องเวลาการนวด เนื่องจากร้านต้องเผื่อเวลาในการไดร์ผมด้วย ซึ่งหมอนวดต้องจัดสรรเวลาให้เป็นไปตามคอร์สครับ ความสั้นยาวของผมลูกค้า ทรงผมที่ต้องการ ย่อมต้องจัดสรรเวลาที่แตกต่างกัน โดยเฉพาะในวันหยุดซึ่งมีลูกค้ามาใช้บริการเยอะ เราถูกจำกัดด้วยเวลาที่ต้องเป็นไปตามคิวจองด้วยครับ อย่างไรก็ดี ทางร้านต้องขออภัยเป็นอย่างสูงในความไม่สะดวกที่ลูกค้าได้รับด้วยครับ
