Terms & Conditions:
• All purchases and treatments cannot be amended.
• These vouchers cannot be used with other promotions.
• Show your voucher from email or the GoWabi app for verification.
• Appointment must be booked in advance. The shop contact details will be available in your "GoWabi Booking Confirmation email or My Booking page."
Spa Etiquette:
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. In the case of late arrival, the treatment may be shortened in consideration of the next client.
• In case of late arrival more than 15 minutes without giving any prior notification, the spa reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
• Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
• In the case of postponement or cancellation, the customer will have to inform at least 24 hours otherwise the spa reserves the right to collect the full amount.
