The place is humble and small. The staff is lovely. I got the 60 min relax head massage that also treats migraines. I msgd them when I had my period and a migraine. They recommended I wait because migraine treatment during my period would be too heavy. I appreciate their honesty and integrity to do what\u0027s right. They did say I can come in for a relaxing head massage, but I waited until my cycle ended. \n\nIt was really relaxing and their technique is really good. I have a lot of knots and massage therapists tend to complain. 😂 Rather than using aggressive force, which just makes me more tense, they massaged around the tense areas to encourage relaxation. They demonstrated a strong understanding of how the body works and they work with your body, instead of against it. They dont try to will or force your body into relaxation. \n\nI was concerned because at one point when my neck was turned, it caused a headache. I contacted them about their services after another massage left me feeling sick and headachey due to misalignment. But it melted away. \n\nThey get straight to work right away and are efficient and meticulous. I\u0027m not sure but I think halfway thru my massage, they switched a diff massage therapist and I liked the first therapist better. I wanted to get her name and book with her in the future. But everyone was busy with other clients and I showed up 10 min late. I\u0027m grateful they accommodated me. \n\nAt the end they serve you a delicious tea. I like that it\u0027s quiet there and a truly relaxing experience. If you\u0027re on the fence, give it a try!
