I had a really calming sound therapy session at Palms studio! We started with a short breathwork practice that helped me slow down and settle into the moment. Then came the sound session, where some of the bowls had such unique, deep vibrations, you can really feel them in your body. The space itself smells amazing, very grounding and peaceful. After the session, we had time to share and reflect on the experience, which made it feel even more personal. Most impressive part though is Palm. She’s incredibly lovely, attentive, and very professional. You can feel she truly cares about what she’s doing. Definitely a place to reconnect and reset.
