The spa should review more of authentic Onsen experience. Simply providing one very hot bath and one very cold bath does not yet create a complete or authentic onsen experience. There was no dedicated relaxation area between the baths, which made the overall flow feel less comfortable and less thoughtfully designed. The experience felt somewhat incomplete due to a lack of attention to these important details. The massage technique also has room for improvement and could be more refined to match the premium atmosphere of the facility. Pro :the private room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering a pleasant and exclusive environment. The staff were very polite, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the visit
