My husband had 1x laser hair removal treatment on his back at Ion Clinic. This is after 6x laser treatments at home in Australia and the hair is getting less, but the finer hairs needs more attention. He was unable to shave his back at home on his own, so paid an extra THB200 to get a shave (which is very fair). The clinic was clean. The technician was not professional. She spent most time working with only one hand, as she was busy on her phone! The shaving was not thorough and the technician left him feeling uncomfortable - like she was not happy that he was taking up her important time, when she preferred her phone. The voucher was only for laser on the back and did not cover side of neck or shoulders. This is a bit different to other treatment in Australia, but we understand that it is fair. Unfortunately, although he offered additional money for the extra laser to extend to his shoulders and neck, it was not possible. I hope it was because the technician was busy with work.

Following a careful internal review, we would like to clarify a few points. Our records show that Mr. Mark attended the appointment alone and had purchased a promotional voucher for laser hair removal on the back area only. During the session, there was a request to include additional areas (neck and shoulders), which are not covered under the selected package. As per our policy, additional areas can certainly be treated with a top-up fee, however no such arrangement or confirmation was made at the time. With regard to the concern about phone usage, our clinic maintains a strict no-phone policy during active treatment to ensure full attention and patient safety. We have reviewed this matter with the attending staff and found no indication of phone usage during the procedure. As the procedure is performed with the patient lying face down, visibility of the technician during the treatment is naturally limited, and there may have been some misunderstanding. Nevertheless, we take all feedback seriously and have reinforced our service standards internally to ensure consistent professionalism at all times. We regret any discomfort caused and appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.
