Preparation for 232-Item Food Intolerance (Hidden Food Allergy) Testing

1. Fasting is not required; patients may eat and drink as usual.
2. There is no need to refrain from tea, coffee, or vitamin beverages.
3. Patients are advised to have adequate rest prior to the test.
4. On the day of the examination, please wear clothing that allows easy access for blood collection from the antecubital vein (inner elbow).
