Very bad receptionist. Almost denied us since we wanted to use gowabi voucher. However, we confirmed before and took an appoinment. Upon explanation she accepted. Coming to the massage, the massuese were absolutely unprofessional given this is a premium place constantly talking to other massuese. We had to interrupt and tell them to stop talking as it was getting very annoying with that loud tones. Massage was also sub par like their reception. Pity myself. Does not justify the premium tag at all. Avoid this place.
