I have told Gowabi several times that I want a refund but the store doesn't want to deal with it and won't give me a refund. They say they will contact me directly, but they have never done so. When will you refund my money? In addition, the staff washed my hair 3 times. If there was a security video, they would have caught it. I am very disappointed in the lack of sincerity and lies! 【It's really terrible】 Even though it was just a treatment, They shampooed 3 times and used shampoo even when washing off the treatment, and my hair and scalp became really dry and the color faded. My face and clothes were wet, and I was treated very sloppily. They NO apology too. I wasted time and money.

I sincerely apologize for what happened. When washing your hair, the shop has to wash it 2 times because the hair is oily and the treatment will be too heavy. and the staff did not wash out the treatment But it's one treatment that makes bubbles. As for wet shirts, washing your hair may sometimes cause the shirt to become wet. But the shop is confident that we never let customers' shirts get wet until they finish getting their hair done. When the customer comes to sit in the chair The staff dry the customer's shirt before even drying their hair. The shop did not cause any additional damage to the customer's hair. We follow the steps that a company from Japan teaches us to perform the treatment correctly. If the customer is not satisfied with the work and service The shop is happy to refund 1583 baht.
