Female Partner:
o Ultrasound to assess antral follicles and uterus
o Hormone tests: E2, P4, LH, FSH, Prolactin, TSH
o General blood tests: CBC, hemoglobin typing (Hb typing), blood group (ABO), Rh group
o Infectious disease screening: HBsAg, Anti-HBs, Anti-HCV, Anti-HIV, VDRL (P.RP), Rubella IgG
Male Partner:
o Semen analysis
o General blood tests: CBC, hemoglobin typing (Hb typing), blood group (ABO), Rh group
o Infectious disease screening: HBsAg, Anti-HBs, Anti-HCV, Anti-HIV, VDRL (P.RP)
Treatment Inclusions:
o Ovarian stimulation medication (3,000 IU) (excluding Pergoveris) and 5 doses of ovulation suppression injections
o Ovulation trigger injection
o Hormonal medications to prepare the endometrial lining
o One embryo transfer procedure
o Blood test to detect pregnancy hormone (β-hCG)
Additional Information:
